Metuchen Huskies capped off their Fall 2009 MNJYSA season on top of their flight. Their winning season also included a first place finish in the South Brunswick tournament and a two game split at Spook-a-rama. GO HUSKIES!

Metuchen Rover Juniors returned to the top of the prestigious YMS tournament championship bracket this year by beating Kearny Thistle 2-1 in the finals. After winning YMS two year ago, and coming in a close second last
year, the Rovers have recorded their second YMS win in three years.
The Rovers also finished second in this year's 2009 Maps Cup tournament. The team lost to Tap Milan of Virginia 4-2 in the finals.

Metuchen United finished second in the South Brunswick tournament going 3-1 with 3 shutouts and outscoring opponents 11-2.

The travel club winners of the 2009 Kelley McCaffrey Scholarships are:

- Arnav Agrawal (Blue Dawgs)
- Oliver Owens (Patriots)
The winner of the MHS scholarship for 2009 is: Amy DiMeglio.
All the applications were very good this year making it difficult to chose winners.

The Metuchen Rover Juniors reached the finals of the 2008 YMS Tournament. The Rover Jrs were beaten in the finals 2-0 by the Manhattan Kickers to finish second in the U11 Championship bracket.
Congratulations to the team for their great results against some of the top teams in the region.

The Metuchen Patriots, following a pre-season tournament win, went undefeated in league play for the Fall season. This marks the second season in a row in which the Patriots win their flight without a loss.
Congratulations to the players and coaches for their hard work.
